Loudoun Nest Crew (loudounnestcrew.com) is owned and operated by Ahsan Mirza. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the site or call the phone number shown on it, how that information is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect on the website
This site has no contact forms, accounts, logins or newsletter sign-ups, so we do not ask you to type in your name, address or email anywhere on it.
Like nearly every website, some technical data is processed automatically when pages load:
- Hosting and security logs. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and similar request data to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
- Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google's servers.
- Analytics. If we add a measurement tool such as Google Analytics, it may set cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful. Any such tool will be listed here when added.
We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles of individual visitors.
Information collected when you call
Calls to the number on this site are handled through a call-tracking and routing service so they can reach a pest control provider covering your area. For each call, that service may log your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, and your general location derived from the number. Calls may be recorded for quality and billing purposes where the law allows; if a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call.
Anything you tell the provider during the call, such as your address or details about the nest, goes to that provider. Providers are independent businesses, and their own privacy practices govern how they use what you share with them.
How the information is used
- To connect your call with a provider who serves your location.
- To confirm that calls were delivered and to settle billing with call-routing partners.
- To keep the website secure, working and fast.
- To understand which pages help visitors so the content can be improved.
Sharing
Call details are shared with the provider your call is routed to and with the call-routing partner that operates the phone line. Technical data is processed by our hosting and font services as described above. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Cookies
The site itself does not set marketing cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. If analytics is added later, its cookies will be listed in this policy, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Data retention
Server and security logs are kept only as long as our service providers need them for operation and security. Call records are kept by the call-routing partner for billing, quality and legal purposes under their own retention schedule.
Your choices and rights
You can browse this site without giving any personal information. Depending on where you live, including under Virginia's Consumer Data Protection Act, you may have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. To make a request, email loudounnestcrew@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will reply within the time the applicable law requires.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging pest control for their homes. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
